Got my car back today! after it got it's Spec stage 2 clutch and a fidanza lightweight flywheel, it was all ready to go... or so we thought... so after a new battery as well, I was able to drive it today for the first time in like 2 weeks! it feels soooo nice with the new clutch and flywheel, but, I have 459 miles to go to break in my clutch... I really want to see what it feels like now. But I have a quick question, for the 500-mile break-in of the clutch, does that need to be 500 city miles, or do freeway miles count?

yea be nice to your clutch esp. spec.
and a flywheel should last you at least 60k being it a good one though alu ones are more likely to warp then a stock one and i think stock 0-60 for a GT is 8.4 so banging in around 8 flat would be a nice gain ![]() don't be like me and break ur clutch in at the strip ![]() This post has been edited by playr158: Dec 10, 2006 - 12:12 AM |
