i dont know if its the motor mount but i dont think it is.
it sounds like the crank or rods. knocking is kinda quite but its there, the last time my 5s did that (before the turbo) it sounded similar to what is happening now. the knock speed is dependent on the rpm even in neutral leading to it being something with the engine. im kinda mad cus i just got the damn thing in not to long ago. ill inspect tmw and figure it out. what should i do? |

Check your pulleys. Right after picking ours up from Tweak it developed a light but RPM dependent knock......couldn't figure out what it was until suddenly the power steering went dead. Turns out the pump pulley retaining nut had backed off and departed the scene, leaving the pulley to wobble around making a knocking noise. Hopefully for you it's something similar that's not a major issue.
