Curious to know will the 4AGE Directly drop into the AT200? When I say directly drop in, i mean can I drop it in with ( taken from a site) "In general, the engine comes with an intake manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel injection, alternator, distributor, usually partial wire harnesses that are cut near the engine, oil pan, valve cover, pulleys, etc. We do not guarantee that the accessories will be included or that they work properly. Axles, motor mounts and shift linkage do not come with the engine."
And have no serious complications such as different transmission, mounts, etc. Yes I noticed it says wiring harness is cut. EDIT: I read the FAQ, but It didn't say if you need the clip or not. Hench Im still asking if major complications arise. This post has been edited by o0black0o: Dec 14, 2006 - 9:38 AM |

In Theory the 4A-GE will drop into your existing Motor mounts and bolt up to your tranny, because the ST holds another "A" series engine. You *might* have to have an exhaust manifold made, but for some reason I believe I read somewhere that someone has the stock one on their swap. The only thing that would need to be done is the wiring.
Again this is said "In Theory" -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
