Ok, I just turned 100k miles and my engine seems kinda funny feeling. (probably in my head) Also, it doesn't seem to shift like it used to. What engine treatment is the best, and is there anything else you people would do?

Don't use any!!!
They are mostly garbage and cause more damage then they solve. If you are concerned about your engine, use synthetic oil. Synthetic trans fluid may help the shifts as well otherwise just change the fluid and filter in the trans. |
