Just thought I'd let everyone know that the 22pin ECU connector from the either the ST or GT with automatic transmissions will work for your 3SGTE's third ECU plug. The connector will have to be repinned and some of the wire colors will not match, but it does plug directly into the 3SGTE ECU. I hope this information will help anyone in the future that is looking for this particular part to their swap.
Also, I'd assume any automatic 5SFE or 7AFE powered car from about 94-99 will probably have the same plug. Camry's, Corrolas and MR2s come to mind but I'm sure there are more. -------------------- ![]() Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

QUOTE(playr158 @ Dec 19, 2006 - 4:15 PM) actually thats just the cheap way out... the best way (ie learn more about it yourself and how to do it) go to toyota and buy the electrical books for both YOUR car and the motor and do it on your own ![]() yes it will be hard and tedious but what you learn is priceless yeah, thats true, but if you never did harness work before, then it will be a HUGE headache to try to do. its not a small wiring job, and you need to know what you are doing. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
