Short shifters are exactly that. Short. Go look for pictures of celicas with a TWM short shifter. Its a little stub.
Quickshifters aren't much shorter than stock and only reduced throws by 40%. I have the TRD shifter and I like it. I don't know if I would like the TWM. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

uberschall for most people, the biggest difference is price.
