What kind of 3S-GTE did you use? I am thinking about getting one from a ST185 but I remember the problems my cousins All-Trac went through(USDM related??). However it was one mad quick car and I'm close to positive it was abused by previous owners.

The difference between the 205 and 185 HP is only around 45HP, so yes, its really easy to get the 185 to the same HP as the stock 205 for much less then the cost of a 205 motor.
