 Installing Gauges, Oil Pressure, Water Temp troubles |

Searched and couldn't find what i needed.. (swap related so i posted here, sorry if it should be in the interior/elec)
I'm installing an oil pressure gauge and a water temp gauge.. they are both electric and were made by prosport. My questions are... do i need to tap into things for the probes/senders or are there stock places i can bolt these into? Or..... should i tap the wires off of the stock sensors? Ok so here is a pic, its the one with the yellow wire correct??  So while this is all apart where should i tap to put in the water temp sensor??
