Wondering if the the center part of our 6th gen door panels come out. Wondering b/c i am trying to find out if i can take it out completely and recover it with leather..

?????? I know for a fact that the fabric goes UNDER the plastic so the center piece and the door panel are most likely two pieces. In other words, the fabric is NOT gluded to the center piece but is held there by the surrounding plastic.

^^True. out of pure boredom, i decided to conduct some cosmetic upgrades to my interior. the first thing that i did was remove the plastic on the inside of the door release which is held on by one screw. once it came out, you could clearly see the material excess that is clamped between the two plastics shells of the door panel.

BTW, i painted the interior parts scarlet red! biggrin.gif
