My bf keeps arguing with me that he saw in a magazine that the Supra would be coming out in 08. Can someone please direct me to proof to show him that if anything its just a concept but there is NOT a supra coming out on the market in 2008

If the Supra were coming out in 08 which is basically next year then there would be a concept made already that was setup for production. Right now Toyota is releasing stuff like the LF-A and FT-HS and these are highly conceptual and basically show what Toyota will be doing style wise and not an actual production car. It takes years from concept to production and they generally dont make a concept and then apply a name to it. Usually its ok lets design the new supra, and they go for that.
Take the 2009 Camaro. That concept came out when? Early this year sometime? 3 years before its planned debut and you bet they had that before its concept was released. Its all speculation, every new toyota sports concept released people cry Supra when its not. -------------------- |
