I was just wandering if its really important to torque it at the right spec. If so, what torque wrench would you recommend?

ALWAYS use proper torque specs. I learned that for myself when I didn't use one on my motorcycle (didn't wreck, but lost a bunch of oil on the highway lol). If there's a specified torque, then there's an engineered reason that that part needs that torque.
