 Weight Reduction, anyone gut their interior? |

I was wondering how much weight we would save by gutting our interior and anything else you all can think of. I want to gut my car out and just have one or two racing seats, but if it only saves me 100 pounds, hell no.

i have a 94 st coupe and before i gutted it i weighed it , with my audio in it and every thing and i came in at 2980 lb after i gutted it and did a fiberglass speaker box z3 fenders and turbo stuff it comes in at 2500 lb if i took out the audio stuff i would say i could save another 100 lb or so
