Ok, i'm looking into getting a In Dash DVD player for my celi. I can't afford a new one, so i figure ebay would be my best bet. I need to know the following things about this player. ( http://cgi.ebay.com/IN-CAR-Double-Din-DVD-...1QQcmdZViewItem ) would I (well me and my friend, who have hooked up some interor lights and thats it) be able to install this? Will it even if in my celi? Does it look legit and have everything i should? Thanks for any help -cnelson. smile.gif

They are no more difficult to install than a standard radio mate. Depending if it comes with a seperate control box or if it is just the single din unit will depend on how fiddly it is.

Some have everything built into the unit so you have a mass of wires to plug into the back depending upon what accesssories you desire (cameras, additional screens, game consoles, changers) and some come with an additional control box that has a single multicable to plug into the head unit and everything else then plugs into the control box (should be small enough to fit under a seat or in the boot or wherever.)

I fitted one with the seperate box once and other than the mounting of the control box to a piece of wood under the carpet and making sure everythings plugged in correctly it was fairly easy.

Oh and the 3.5" screen will be tiny mate, seems a bit pointless getting one as small as that (unless you are planning on additional screens that is)
