 Need help removong stubborn bolt, bolt for alt on 3's engine |

I cant get this bolt off. I used visegrips and they just grind more metal off.

You have a couple of options.
You can hammer a slightly smaller impact socket on to the bolt the tighter the better and get out the breaker bar. Grind a slit in the top of the bolt and try using a flat head (probably wont work in this case?)
