how do i install a water temp gauge like were do i run the wires to?????

got some thigns from the hw store...found out the thread size for the water sensor is 1/4"...my setup was similar to yours but MUCH MUCH taller..jus cleared the hood.....
 great guide for ppl who wanna install without the water temperature sensor adapter from greddy....ive went with this route because my water sensor from the OBX guage is too big for the greddy, thats why i went with hitachi's setup....
