 Rough Idle |

Been having a rough Idle for awhile. Can't seem to find out wth is wrong. Im also idleing at 900rpms somewhat high for a 7afe I believe. Also engine rev's back and forth alot of the time 50rpms from its idle.
Ive redone the plugs, Rotor, changed oil of course, check vaccum lines (not big cracks anywhere), Air Filter. Distro Cap hasn't been replaced for a year but that doesn't affect rev does it? I check it it seems clean and no damage. My car has alot of Miles 175k. Maybe Leaky Valves etc. This guy seems to have my same problem.
