i was driving home from my gf's house yesterday and i saw a civic with purple fogs pass me up. i ve never seen purple fogs before. do you guys think thats illegal? seems it would be i thought only yellow and white were allowed in the front lights

most likely it isn't legal, actually in CA I'm sure it isn't.
