 washer pump, and sidemarker not working |

My connector at the washer pump is not seeing a voltage, and my sidemarker is not working because its only at 6 volts.

Checked both; harness looks okay visually, no blown fuses.
I need to get this fixed tho, weather is really starting to get nasty -------------------- |
