Hey guys I was just wondering how to remove to exhaust manifold cover because I want to paint mine and also the o2 sensor is in the way, is there a proper procedure on removing it.. sorry if this post sounds dumb its just on the 5sfe like mine theres a hole on the cover where the sensor is...

I painted mine. It wasn't too hard to remove either. Scrubbed it down real good, treated it for rust and sprayed several coats of heat resistant silver just to give it some of its original color back. That was about 9 months ago. Its still holding up. And i have a 3SGE!
