Hi celicans...
I have got my celica a Alpine CDA-9807 receiver and am looking to install it myself. Has any of you done this, are there any manuals/instructions available....i got hold of a 94 thru 95 6th gen celica audio installation manual...would that work.... I have an 8 speaker system. thanx u all.. Preetham. |

celica6th, im pretty sure you have the same stereo unit i had- its a double din sized CD/tape/radio combo (without the pocket beneath the headunit)with one main plug on the back of the unit for the speaker leads, and 2 other plugs on the back left side for the antenna signal and power antenna signal. This should be the same unit you have...if it is, then the Metra plug will work perfectly.
The speaker sizes in the 8 speaker stereo setup are 1" tweeter, 4" midrange(somebody correct me if im wrong on that one...), and 8" subs in the front door. Hope that helps
