Ok, so when on lo for long periods of time my A/c light starts blinking on the console and the air stops pumping out cool. Then If i turn it on hi it kicks in again. Do i need new frion? (sp) But it works when on Hi. Any help would be great.
ps. could it also be because i was running at extremely slow speeds? ie. rain and the roads flooded. Because it has never happened before. |

i have never heard of that before
was your engine temperature normal or was it getting hot? i know that at certain times the ac compressor is turned off when the coolant is cold enough. it then turns back on when it warms up again it seams like you might have a short in the switch or wiring somewhere -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
