My a/c pump has gone bad and needs to be replaced but i dont have the cash for it yet. so i was thinking i could change the belt for one thats smaller, and bypass the ac pump completely. Does any know what size belt i should use if its even possible

The ST has a separate belt for the AC, is the GT all one belt? What you can do is get one of those flexible tape measures that are usually used for sewing/alterations, and wrap it around the pulleys just like you want the belt to run. You'll then have to round off the measurement to a standard belt size. Pay attention to where the adjustment is to ensure that you have a little room in either direction.
