LOL,
Central London maybe not but head out to Crawley or Chelmsford and it could be a goer but like a previous poster mentioned there would be lots of riced up small hatchbacks involved  Mind you, if they did do it in the City then there could be lots of Porsche and Ferrari

True, but as it's London and the traffic is soooo bad then pedestrians often beat Ferraris
