I bought a HKS SLD for my swap. Will this add HP ? or is it just to cut out factory speed limit of 180KMH ? Was it worth the 125$ I don't know now. I think it was just a waste of money.

Sorry, waste of money. It will only raise your speed limiter and unless you're being limited by your trap speeds I see no use for it. An FCD would have let you raise the boost but I wouldn't ever buy one since you can make those pretty easily:
