I gotta find my own place within the next month. I'm just wondering how much some of you living alone out there pay a month? I know depending on where you live the prices will vary but I still would like to know. I dunno how im going to get approved for my own place though, my credit is not so good right now *bleh*
I would get a room mate but I don't know anyone in my area needing a room mate, so thats not even an option! If my car payment & car insurance weren't so high I could afford a place w/ no problem. Should I even *think* about getting rid of my baby just to live in a crap hole of an apartment?? Ahhhhh no! I'd get a part time job on top of my full time job before I ever did that. -------------------- ![]() |

only thing i can say is that because the housing market is down, the rental market is up. when i moved into my last apartment, i was paying 550/mo. a friend of mine moved into the same complex (i no longer live there) recently, and he's paying 625 for the same floorplan, same floor, same building.
most apartment logic is common sense, but if you can find a mid-level apartment that is just outside a major city, run by a bigger managment company...you should be able to do ok. good luck apartment hunting, it's tough. ![]() -------------------- ![]() do you know who i am, mr. worley? |
