one turn signal is blinking fast? Options

when i bought my car, the passanger side blinkers (front & back) blink twice as fast and half as bright, while the drivers side blinks and is bright normal
-i have replaced the bulbs in the front and it didn't do anything at all
-the wires don't look tampered or destroyed at all
i just want to get them to blink the same again and don't really know how to, ive read some other posts on topics like this but dont really get it.

i guess im going to change the bulb in the back to see if that helps

-allright ive replaced both the bulbs (front and back) and nothing happend.
-i think the problem is with front blinker because it only blinks half as bright as the other
-would the wireing be screwed up
-can i make the drivers side blink faster too to match the passenger side
-each blinker has the same bulbs

You say that the other side of the car is working fine - this means the globes/relay/earth on that side of the car works, so ,
- remove all the globes from the "faulty side of the car" and put them to one side
- remove all the globes from the "functioning side of the car" and put them in the "faulty side of the car"
- test lights

this will show you if it is a globe problem - hopefully it is and u have a fault in one of your globes because, as you say, you have little experience with relays, and earth faults can be a real bitch to track down sometimes.
