Hi my celica has a 7afe and its really slow

Yes that is the best the engine will put out as far as HP goes. This is common for all AT200 chassis celica's with the 7afe engine. You can try your luck and install maybe a better exhaust and intake system to up the performance of your car at the most, but you will not see a drastic change in power. If you really need power and have the funds for it, then everyone including me would tell you to invest some money in an engine swap.
