custom dash clear coated Options

i saw this custom jetta come in and it was pretty sick but neways it had a custom dash it was so clean i just to know if neone did that to a celica??? =) pics pls

I started to paint my dash a couple months ago and i quit because i practiced on some other platic before i actually started on my car and i used all tester's from walmart and i sanded some but not extreme since it was just practice and i put a couple coats of primer then a couple coats of color then some clear and it didnt seem very durable so i didnt paint the dash since i dont want to put it in then it get real chipped and everything but them dashes look great so i was wondering how durable the paint was and how did u get it that durable?
