In about 2 of my four hole I got alot of oil in them, I looked at my exploded engine view in my Haynes, and it looks like the only place it could come from is from the grommets on the top of the holes (that holds the cover).
But it doesnt seem like that much oil could come from there...

Is it possible it comes from inside the tubes itself? I supposed those spark plug tubes are screwed in the head eh? Anyone fixed this problems?

try changing the rubber grommets. when they get old they get dry and hard so they let the oil push through w/o sealing. plus you'll get a better look when you talk off your valve cover and while your at it change the rest of the valve cover gasket just make sure you get all the gaskets and seal/grommets that way you only have to open it up once.
