 question about 5s valve cover |

On the 5s valve covers, there is the section that has the 16 Valve sticker, is that an actuall sticker? or is it painted on the valve cover? also can you get replacement ones from the dealer??

lol..i went to order it the other day and apparently its on backorder..i dunno how many ppl would b ordering these but apprently enough to put it on back order..lol
