 help, car shaking |

my uncle just bought a celica recently, now the car shakes or vibrate a lot. this happens mostly when we are driving above the speed limit of 15 and give it gas. the only issues that the car has right now is dead shocks. what im thinking of is the bearings.... but im not sure and want to discuss it on here. i just want to see if anyone of you guys here have this problem and may help me figure what is wrong. thank you -john

If you like to see if it's ur bearing, jack up your car and see if there's any play in the wheel. Sometime its not all that accurate, i took my whole spindle out and actually was able to wiggle my hub. i could try that to my uncle's car then, but would the dead shocks have any effect on it? |
