Hello I'm new to this great site, I recently bought a 94 celica , everything seems to run good, except i've been trying to figure out why my car when i don't have my key on ignition and i turn on my windshield wipers, my car will try to crank up, i don't even have my foot clutching, when i finally turn it over with my key, there's seem to be no electricity goin through my power windows, no radio, no sunroof, even my speed and rpm meters don't show any movement, I hope someone can help me with this, I've been reading the forums, i have come across maybe the 100a fuse might've blown I don't know I need some input I appreciate it and apologize for my grammar

I just thought i could be the 100a fuse I havent look at it just yet, I supposed It can't be it cuz my car still starts and the battery doesnt seem to be dead, I don't know where it's located, maybe a pic will help, another thing is my car runs good but i can't seem to use my radio, can't roll down my windows, ac/heater don't blow air and even my rpm and speed gauges don't seem to work...I just bought the car, when i heard it start and the engine sounded strong, that's all it matters to me at the moment, but now I got this problem, You think it could be the ignition switch, I don't know why the wipers got anything to do with the ignition...
