I want to know if there is and type of speakers that are like flat that can fit on the ledge in front of the back window.

Pioneer has some nice free air shallow subs.
They are made for mounting in places like what you are talking about. Pioneer -------------------- -M-

You get some extra bass and you don't have to have a monstrous sub box in your trunk! |
