i tried searching but nothing would come up. to put gt brake calipers on a st would all i need is the calipers, brackets?

![]() But yes to answer you question fanboy you will need the brackets for the conversion. The bracket is the first thing batman posted, the one with the two bolts. I knew it as torque plates but because i got it as a bundle considered it part of the caliper. You will need just like batman said, everything in red. It is really easy to install, wayyyy easier than the rear, if youve done it already. Those two Big bolts are what hold the assemly onto the hub, so just disconect the brake lines on your current setup, then just take those two big bolts off and the whole assembly will come out as a unit. Once youve taken it out, putting in the GT brakes will be exactly the same only in reverse. (although it will be easier to bolt on the bracket first, then attactch the caliper with the pads in place.) Good luck man ! ![]() |
