My car came stock with the four speaker set up. I just found the tweeter covers for the mirrors (for the 6 speaker set up) in a juck yard and popped them on. ( i also stole the stock tweeters and mounting brackets) anyways, I was thinking about buying an aftermarket 6.5 component syustem. id put the 6.5 inch woofer in the stock speaker area, but i was just wondering if the aftermarket tweeter i get with the set will fit in the tweeter cover i got for the mirrors? If not, where have you guys mounted your tweeters?

It should fit, so ive been told...cuz thats what I was gonna do also. But I have a friend who used to have a 96 celi, said to not even mess with those, just buy 6.5 3 ways or 2 ways all the way around, most of the sound you hear is from the rear speakers anyway because you sit that far back...but due what you wish....they should fit, I don't know why they wouldnt
