Damn Dustin.....I'd be willing to help out if I have a few days off when you do it.
Might just be easiest to yank out the whole engine, then while its out index everything and do the head gasket, timing belt, and any other parts you may want to refurbish while its out. All that would be required would be to lay the whole harness on top of the engine, remove the axles, coolant and p/s lines and then hoist that mofo outta the car once the mounts are unbolted. If all the parts needed were on hand, 2-3 people could get it done within 2 days, easily.
