If only clear glass wasnt a problem - i would make more - but now, its practicly imposible cuz of the price of glass polishing. well Romas, i mean..im not a pro on custom work like you..but, instead of using a glass surface, is there anyway of replacing the glass with some sort of clear plastic shaped to fit the headlight?..kinda like the "plastic" headlights on 7gcs.. To create a "plastic" glass - i would need to order special metal mold in witch these glasses would be molded. Mold alone grinded from metal cost about 2000$. one glass cost is somthere around 40$. So you can imagine how much i would need to sell of those glasses to cover the cost of the mold. Belive me - i already did so much research about this that my head already hearts and i could not find any reasonable solutions...
