tomorrow im going to attempt to fix my leaking high beam since it blew out like 3 bulbs so far. and what im planning to do is submerge the high beam housing in water, find where bubbles are escaping then reseal that area. my question is will this work? and if so what kind of sealent would work? or is there a better to do it?

just take off the whole lens and reseal it all... I've done it and it works fine.... boiling water and submersion then just pry the lense off... it's not hard at all
