Would you buy a stock 92 MR2T $4000. Or do a 3stge in 6gc?
duece has 150,XXX. Bone stock. Slight leak from oil pan. No rust. If I buy it I'll keep my 6gen as a DD. What would you do? There aren't many MR2T in MN. 3-4 that I know of... |

QUOTE(Negative @ Mar 26, 2007 - 11:56 AM) Nobodies bothered to mention the MR2T is a problomatic car to the extreme? It is - unfortunately I have to work on them all the time. how so? all the good MR2T's around here cost like 7k-10k. I couldn't possibly see how a 15 year old car with 100K+ miles could be worth 10k, but hey, it is an awesome car. and honestly, I would rather have one than a 3s swapped celi because it's RWD, and it doesn't weigh much more. plus, it's even rarer than a 6gc. the only downsides I see is 1: it's only a 2-seater, so you can't have more than one person in the car, which might be problematic if it's a daily driver. 2: it's mid-engine, which, I think, would make it much harder to work on! -------------------- ![]() 94 GT - Sold -------- 69 Pontiac Lemans - Sold 88 Alltrac - Sold ---- 04 WRX - Sold 00 GT-S - Sold ------ 91 Miata - project/drift car 95 GT - Sold -------- 96 GT - New Daily Drive |
