Everyday I tell myself I want to start working out. But I never do! I always come home from work & get online or watch TV...& spend the rest of my evening doing nothing! Ya...no good! So here is what I was thinking...if your like me & need motivation to work out, maybe we can motivate each other. Whether you like to run, or walk etc. Lets keep track of it & see who can get the most mileage
![]() walk 1 mile = 1 mile (duh) run 1 mile = 1 mile (duh) bike 1 mile = 1/4 mile swim 1 mile = 4 miles Rollerblade 1 mile = 1/2 mile So who wants in on this? Come on I need motivation! It would start today & everyone starts with ZERO miles. 18 more pounds to go till Im happy
![]() Im trying to lose about 3 pounds a week so I can reach my goal by the end of april. (thats when my bday is) If I could run more it wouldnt be a problem but my legs are still only letting me run a couple miles every other day *grrr* damn them. -------------------- ![]() |
