One day I was at the store and I saw him in the parking lot with his hood up. So I walk over and say "hey, everything alright?" and when I came around to the engine bay he had stuck a leaf blower down in the bumper and routed it up to his intake (this is on a late 80's early 90's 4cyl mustang auto) and zip-tied the throttle down at full.
