and if somebody has it a pic of the roof without the headliner on. Im removing my sunroof and need a reference.

Im 6'3 so you would be fine, I would definetly sell you the sunroof. About installing it I wouldnt think it would be too hard, but if you could get me a pic of the roof without the headliner
 i could tell you for sure. Im not sure what the ST roof looks like so not positive it would fit.ya I like the integra sunroof too my sister has on and it opens on top of the roof instead of opening into the roof which is why the celica's takes up some much room.
