considering buying a 96 st anniversary edition.. the guy sent me a carfax and it even says anniversary edition on the carfax. but when i look at pics of it, it dont have the stock sideskirts. how can this be? did some of them come without them?

1972 +25 years = 1997...BAM 25th anniversary....limited edition

1971 + 25 = 1996 anniversary edition

1997 is the limited edition because they only produced 3000 STs and 1500 verts
