Ok so I just put a MBC on my car last night. No matter how far up I crank it, I wont boost over 5 psi. I spliced into the turbo pressure vaccum hose (between the turbo and the wastegate), ran that to the INLET of the mbc. Then ran the OUT on the mbc to the wastegate. I then pinched off the vaccum hose that is on the other side of the wastegate. I believe it goes to the factory boost controller. What am I doing wrong?

Don't forget, it depends on what TYPE of MBC he got. There are ball and spring type and bleed type.
If it is a ball and spring, you install it between the boost port on the turbo and the wastegate actuator. You also have to block off the second port on the wastegate actuator and the line that goes to the TVSV. If it is a bleed type, you can install it pretty much in place of the stock TVSV.
