well i am kinda a gym rat and i was wondering if any1 else lifts religiously? i have been lifting for about 2 years, but only hard the last year. And i was an all state wrestler. If u do workout, do u guys or gals take any supplements?

i use a pre-work out and whey protein and caesin protein.
i get PLENTY of protein daily. im 5'11.5 155 lbs and im gonna say im pretty ripped. lol -------------------- ![]() KB |
