 Gauge Bulbs not working, new red bulbs not burning... :( |

i just changed out the stock green bulbs for some new fancy red ones, and for some reason when i turn my lights on they dont come on, none of them, and i have checked and checked and dont see anything wrong, any one else had this problem?

Hey, were these also inverted or regular bulbs?
Oh yeah, one more thing. Did they have that green condom on them? I am kind of pissed, I messed up on my climate control a bit, and discovered I could have just changed the condom thingies to red, and just pulled off the green ones.
