Sometimes my car alarm doesnt beep when i click it on/off.. ive gone over all the wiring to see if there was a loose/bad connection and i couldnt find anything.. any ideas?

I know on my alarm fob if I hit one of the other buttons before the lock/unlock button it will be silent. Maybe you are hitting the button?
