Sometimes my car alarm doesnt beep when i click it on/off.. ive gone over all the wiring to see if there was a loose/bad connection and i couldnt find anything.. any ideas?

All the lights flash when i unlock/lock, there is another button on the pad i'll try pressing that to see if it works... be kinda cool to see what it does anyways lol. oh yea and its the stock alarm system if that helps any
