would st205 side fenders fit with a st or gt celica front bumper from the states.

yes.
the demensions on the fenders are exactly the same, the only diffrence is where and how the marker is placed on it.

Marker placement does not depend on GT4 or non-GT4 - it is difference between USDM and EDM/JDM (there are no USDM GT4s)..
