I want to improve my throttle response and torque but not sacrifice my current fuel economy and my current reliability... So what can I do that want cost me more than a grand or two, no more than 3 large okay?

Shogun, do you mean the overdrive button?
Liqer, you could fabricate or buy a cold air intake for your car and get an exhaust system that flows better than stock to get a couple horsepower. Those shouldn't sacrifice fuel economy too much, but it's very hard to get more power and torque and not decrease your fuel economy. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
